However: • Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly in colour or packaging • Fragrance descriptions (notes, longevity, sillage) are approximate and may vary based on individual skin chemistry • We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or substitute products without prior notice All our attars and fragrances are alcohol-free unless stated otherwise.

Orders may be placed via our website or directly through WhatsApp. By placing an order, you confirm that: • All information provided is accurate and complete • You are authorised to make payment using the method selected • You are 18 years of age or older Payment must be made in full before order dispatch. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (select areas). Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided • Free shipping is offered on orders above ₹999 within India (subject to change) • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
