Return & Refund Policy

✦Our Commitment
At Ghalib Sahab, we take great care in packaging and quality-checking every order before dispatch. Your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to resolve it fairly and promptly.
✦Eligible Returns
We accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:
• Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
• Product arrived damaged or leaking due to transit issues
• Significant discrepancy between product description and delivered item
To be eligible for a return:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp
• Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging
• The product must be unused, with its original seal intact
✦Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
• Items purchased during sale or clearance events (unless damaged in transit)
• Products where personal preference or fragrance dislike is the reason for return (we recommend sampling before ordering larger sizes)
• Gift sets that have been partially used
We strongly encourage customers to request sample sizes before committing to full bottles.
✦Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, etc.)
• Cash on delivery orders will receive refunds via bank transfer or UPI — please provide your account details
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours. If we sent the wrong item, we will also cover the return shipping cost.
✦Exchanges
We are happy to exchange a product for a different size or variant subject to availability. Exchange requests must be:
• Raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Accompanied by photograph evidence of the unopened original product
If the exchanged item is of a different value, the difference will be collected or refunded accordingly.
✦Order Cancellations
• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement at no charge
• After 2 hours, if the order has already been packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible
• To cancel, contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order details
For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled before dispatch, full refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days.

Step 3: Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
Step 4: If approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process
Step 5: Upon receiving the return, we will process your refund or exchange
